Customized Cleaning Solutions that Exceed Your Expectations

To provide the best service possible, we stay current in the latest cleaning technologies, products and industry trends. Armed with the most effective tools and techniques, we normally work in teams of three uniformed professionals, including the team leader.

First-time cleaning is charged by the hour, with a one-hour minimum. Subsequent cleanings are charged a flat fee, based on square footage.

At the initial cleaning, we will wipe down all baseboards, vacuum your furniture and drapes, and wipe down the exterior of cabinets and appliances.

Thereafter, we will:

• Vacuum all carpeted areas and wet mop hard surfaces where appropriate. Please let the team leader know about any floors that need special attention.
• Provide all equipment and cleaning supplies with the exception of special products. If you have any special products or wax for the floor that you would like the team to use, please leave them out and the the team will gladly use them.
• Dust all wooden furniture using a furniture polish on a cloth. We dust picture frames and window sills. We feather dust mini blinds and baseboards.
• Completely clean and sanitize the bathrooms, including polishing the faucets and fixtures, scrubbing the shower, tub and toilet, and wiping the vanity tops and all items on the vanity, as well as the mirrors.
• Dust and vacuum the bedrooms. We will also change the linens or make the bed if you like.
• Wipe down appliances in the laundry room and clean the floor.
• Clean the kitchen sink, counter tops, and exterior of major appliances, including the stove hood.
• Remove dirty dishes from the sink and load them in the dishwasher if there is room. We do not do dishes or unload the dishwasher.
• Clean the outside of small appliances, as well as cleaning inside the microwave.
• Clean your kitchen floor. If it is to be waxed, we ask that you provide the wax.
• Spot clean the exterior of all cabinets in the home.
• Clean inside of sliding glass doors or French doors to the patio, as well as cleaning the interior glass on the front door.
• Remove cobwebs throughout the home.
• Empty trash containers.

The team leader is responsible for checking the work of her teammates, and will follow a 46-point checklist which will be left at your home.
